Responsibilities
- Take and fulfill food and drink orders
- Liaise with lane servers/captains or go directly to the guest
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the center
- Ensure the guest experience is the absolute best it can be
- Deliver guests' food & beverage orders
- Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are taken and prepared accurately and swiftly
- Learn and relay menu, promotions, and weekly specials to guests
- Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage
- Help keep the center clean
- Promote responsible alcohol sales and service
- Comply with all local regulations
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
- Proven success in school/previous job experience
- Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
