About the Role

Cumming Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support a new build data center project, focusing on energy provider coordination. This role involves managing project documentation, communicating status updates, and ensuring smooth project execution in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the project management team with the energy source aspects of the project.
  • Conduct pre-bid and job start meetings under supervision.
  • Monitor contract compliance and report concerns.
  • Facilitate job site meetings and prepare minutes under supervision.
  • Oversee and document approvals from applicable government agencies.
  • Prepare field reporting for review.
  • Perform QA/QC processes.
  • Review change orders for completeness and conformance to standards.
  • Review RFIs/Submittals for completeness before distribution.
  • Provide basic CPM scheduling and budget management.
  • Review and maintain As Built drawings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Attend work during normal business hours.
