About the Role
Ferrovial Construction is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead data management, digitalization initiatives, and platform administration. This role is crucial for improving information governance, collaboration, and project efficiency across the organization, utilizing cutting-edge tools to enhance productivity and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce data policies ensuring integrity, security, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
- Standardize processes and support implementation of digital tools.
- Assist with deployment, oversee structure and upkeep of DocSite/SharePoint, ensuring document accuracy and accessibility.
- Train staff in platform use for DocSite/SharePoint.
- Coordinate with project teams to implement digital processes and document workflows.
- Support software pilots and manage vendor relationships, including Procore.
- Identify digitalization opportunities across departments with Austin HQ and Spain teams.
- Deliver training programs on data management and digital tools.
- Mentor teams in adopting new technologies.
- Lead Procore implementation and configuration for project functions.
- Provide user training for Procore.
- Build dashboards and analyze performance data within Procore.
- Support strategic decision-making through data analysis.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Create department-specific visualizations in Power BI.
- Train staff on data visualization tools.
- Establish Power BI integration with Procore using the Procore API for consolidated analytics and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 42 months of experience on large civil infrastructure Design-Build projects (highways, rail systems, airport expansions) valued at $250 million or more.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and managing innovation programs on infrastructure projects.
- Experience implementing and managing digital construction tools and workflows using at least three (3) of the following software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer, Procore, Power BI, or SharePoint.
- Experience with BIM coordination, data visualization, and document control.
- Experience coordinating digital innovation across multidisciplinary teams including design engineers, construction managers, BIM modelers, subcontractors, and technology vendors.
- Experience optimizing field productivity and data integration.
- Experience designing and delivering internal training and knowledge-sharing programs to improve digital tool adoption.
- Experience with model navigation, drone data processing, and QA/QC verification using digital workflows.
