This role will have significant international deal exposure in all geographies and will interact and collaborate with our colleagues in London.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of investment banking experience at the associate level or closely related experience
- Prior experience involving financial analysis and M&A transaction execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
- Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
