About the Role

Responsibilities
- Explore assigned territory by foot or car, introducing local businesses to W.B. Mason's offerings.
- Meet with potential clients using flyers and a consultative mindset to uncover needs.
- Demonstrate products and share web tools.
- Offer custom pricing and assist new customers with setup through MasonvilleGO.
- Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams for smooth new account transitions.
- Attend regular branch sales meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to converse, read, and write in English.

Salary/Compensations
- $60,000 - $65,000 annually with bonus opportunities
