About the Role
This is an application to join the Dragonfly Talent Network, which connects people with roles across its portfolio companies. The network is actively sourcing for Staff Engineers who desire high-ownership, hands-on roles close to code and architecture.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership across product, infra, and architecture
- Work directly with founders and small teams
- Ship fast, iterate, and have a real say in technical direction
- Build AI-native features, integrations, and systems from the ground up
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of end-to-end ownership
- AI-forward mindset, building with and on top of AI as a core part of workflow
- Full-stack capability with comfort owning architecture, infrastructure, and deployment
- Experience shipping production systems at scale with real users and real stakes
- Strong technical instincts, pushing for simpler designs, good observability, and strong engineering culture
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast in early-stage environments
