About the Role
The Concessions Attendant supports theatre operations, ensuring high guest satisfaction and cleanliness. Tasks are performed in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Complete transactions by greeting guests, identifying requests, processing loyalty transactions, and thanking guests.
- Sell food and beverage items at the concession stand.
- Meet sales expectations through loyalty card sign-ups, suggestive selling, upselling, and sampling.
- Operate point-of-sale terminals and make accurate change.
- Prepare food and beverage orders following company food safety policies and local regulations.
- Fill online concession orders and prepare them for pickup.
- Perform daily concession maintenance duties, including stocking.
- Follow instructions on the safe use of chemicals and cleaning materials.
- Clean and sanitize the concession stand and beverage areas.
- Monitor and communicate social distancing guidelines.
- Ensure guest service is friendly, helpful, and fast.
- Answer guest questions and resolve concerns.
- Uphold company standards and execute company-wide programs.
- Assist with other functions as instructed by management.

- Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Willing and motivated to learn new skills and tasks.
- Flexible and accessible work schedule, including late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, team environment.

- Ability to follow all cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene practices.
- Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Employee is frequently required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands.
- Employee is required to stand and/or walk.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Wearing a face mask is required during scheduled working hours.
