About the Role
As a Senior Associate on the Commercial Operations team, you will play a critical role driving the current and future state success of our team and the sales business. In this role, help build and execute our team strategy, own team capacity planning, be the subject matter expert on our data, generate deep insights and recommendations on how to improve deal velocity and accuracy, and own the delivery of projects and programs that impact sales across all lines of businesses.
Responsibilities
- Harness data through CRM reports, SQL, spreadsheets, and AI (e.g. Claude, Chat GPT) to convert data into insights into action
- Conduct deep dives to products recommendations, define and quantify problem statements, and take a structured approach to solving problems
- Build strong relationships with a wide array of partners and stakeholders and help connect dots between teams and influence decision making
- Get things done to deliver impact through scrappy and/or structured methodologies
- Communicates the right things to the right people at the right level and the right time
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- You have 3+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, strategy, business operations or related experience; high-growth or experience in a technology company preferred
- You can deeply understand complex processes and produce end to end documentation and processes and workflows (Lucidchart, Google Slides, etc, or similar process mapping tooling)
- You are a versatile problem solver who takes a structured approach in identify, sizing, and solving problems through strong project/program management capabilities
- You can manually extract data from disparate sources leveraging CRM reporting, SQL, AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude + Snowflake Integrations)
- You analyze data sets to generate insight, conduct sizing of estimated impact of current and future states, and can build data models to estimate future work
