About the Role

Responsible for managing end-to-end lease transactions across the Private Sector Leasing portfolio, overseeing lease lifecycle activity from commencements to renewals, disposals to rent reviews. This role involves monitoring lease activity, analyzing performance data, and resolving delivery issues to ensure safe, secure, high-quality housing for Westminster residents.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end lease transactions across the Private Sector Leasing portfolio.
  • Oversee lease lifecycle activity, including commencements, renewals, disposals, and rent reviews.
  • Monitor lease activity and pipeline performance.
  • Analyze cost and performance data to inform operational decisions and identify trends.
  • Support effective transaction management.
  • Resolve, mitigate, or escalate delivery issues.
  • Record and follow up on identified actions, risks, and decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in housing, property, or leasing.
  • Experience supporting or managing lease lifecycle activity.
  • Experience in general property management.
  • Experience working closely with finance teams.
  • Experience developing or implementing contractual frameworks.
  • Ability to maintain accurate lease, property, and contract data.
  • Team player with excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Proactive approach to delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects accurately and to deadlines.
