Responsibilities

Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
CPR and first aid certification required
Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience as a licensed Physical Therapist or through clinical affiliations for new graduates, with experience treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, including sprains, strains, osteoarthritis, post-surgical rehabilitation (e.g., ACL reconstruction and total joint arthroplasties), and neuromuscular conditions.
