About the Role

Triunity Software is seeking a Java Developer in Toronto, ON, to work on innovative software solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building scalable, high-quality applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based applications and backend services
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge across the team
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical design decisions
• Integrate third-party APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Java development
• Strong proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Hibernate
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL query optimization
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment
