About the Role

Oversees Cage Operations on a shift basis, providing leadership, direction, and mentoring. Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures while fostering a safe and welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership, direction, and mentoring to the Cage Operations team on a shift basis.
  • Provides input for team member performance objectives and evaluations.
  • Schedules and supervises team members, verifies timesheets, and assigns shift work.
  • Assists with the implementation of Cage Operation strategic plans.
  • Trains Cage team members.
  • Reviews Cage records for accuracy and prepares reports.
  • Monitors and reports all discrepancies and suspicious cash activities.
  • Witnesses and verifies Cage transactions when required.
  • Responds to and resolves escalated cage issues.
  • Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
  • Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in gaming supervision.
  • Food Safety Certification.
  • Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective, and service-oriented communication.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office.
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
