About the Role
The Specialist will assist with new business pitches and general business development operations. This role is key to the Canadian Business Development team, supporting the creation and delivery of work that impacts Publicis Media Canada's growth. The ideal candidate is organized, a multitasker, and passionate about contributing to team success.
Responsibilities
- Assist in qualifying pitch opportunities by completing company due diligence templates and conflict mapping.
- Support the completion of Request for Information (RFI) documents and RFP responses.
- Conduct quarterly internal pulls on COMvergence for pitch predictor and key clients.
- Support end-to-end pitch process management, including folder setup, channel alignment, timing plans, meeting support, work stream assistance, and logistics.
- Source and update biographies, organization charts, and profile analyses for key meetings and pitches quarterly.
- Support the upkeep of the Salesforce reporting tool, updating new business opportunity records.
- Assist with the organization and setup of pitch theatre and agency events.
- Support the pitch experiences team with meeting room setup, IT support, tech setup, catering, and print-outs.
- Collaborate with the design team and pitch leads to develop and distribute pitch collateral.
- Support the team in creating business development playbooks and best practices documents.
- Handle ad-hoc requests as needed.
Requirements
- 2 years of agency, project management, or event planning experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Copilot).
- Experienced user of Teams video conferencing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Ability to work with stakeholders of varying levels within Publicis Groupe.
