About the Role

RF Studio53 is seeking an articulate and intelligent Senior Art Director to lead and inspire the creative team, ensuring the continued creation of high-standard work for clients in the healthcare, technology, and life sciences sectors. This role involves developing powerful creative experiences through graphic design, moving image, and interactive content.

Responsibilities

• Develop clever creative ideas and conceptual thinking.
• Serve as an inspirational design leader and team player with excellent communication skills.
• Lead the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns across healthcare, consumer, and corporate communications clients.
• Partner directly with clients and cross-functional teams, serving as a trusted creative advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain campaign visual identity systems, brand guidelines, and presentation materials that ensure consistency across channels.
• Mentor and support junior designers while helping to foster a collaborative, high-performing creative culture.
• Contribute to new business initiatives, creative pitches, and strategic growth opportunities for the studio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working on print, brand, and digital projects.
• Experience working with different workflows and overseeing process.
• Ability to contribute to strategic thinking and the development and execution of programs.
• Demonstrated experience developing campaign visual identity systems, brand standards, and creative guidelines.
• Experience presenting creative concepts to clients and leading stakeholder discussions with confidence and professionalism.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or providing direction to junior creative team members is preferred.

Skills

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and PowerPoint.
• Experience working on digital deliverables and a keen interest in digital trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, team members and deadlines.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows, including emerging capabilities within Adobe Creative Cloud and other industry-leading platforms.
