About the Role
Responsible for creating, evaluating, and modifying prototypes to support evolving hardware and software application development. Analyze user needs and apply software design/usability processes toward developing or modifying software solutions. Provide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams.

- Assisting in developing design concepts and implementation.
- Providing input on user design considerations.
- Producing specifications describing user needs and internal structures for products in development.
Requirements
- Design research, including discovery, usability, evaluation, opportunity definition and prioritization, analysis, and communication.
- Design systems, applying libraries correctly, advocating effectively for Enhancement Requests using Figma Design.
- Competitive research.
- Design thinking, including framing, journey maps, ideation, and cross-functional facilitation.
- Design operations, including intake, project planning, reviews, establishing cross-discipline roles, and creation of reusable templates for artifacts and processes.
- Information architecture, including targeted research, page or flow diagramming.
- UI / UX prototyping and design which includes refinement, documentation, tracking, and developer collaboration using Figma, Jira and Confluence.
