About the Role
WeCare Outsourcing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our remote team. The role involves analyzing business data, preparing reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends or performance gaps.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical reports.
- Maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Present findings and recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in data analysis is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
