About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the technical structure of a project.
  • Identifying client requirements by researching the project's concept, strategy, and target.
  • Developing automations, coding, and producing technical specifications, estimates, deployment plans, and test methods.
  • Contributing to product implementation/customisation.
  • Testing and maintaining client applications and platforms.
  • Providing project feedback and updates using agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Leading a team of Associate to Senior Developers.

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Adstudio, Social Studio and Einstein is a plus.
  • 4+ years of developer experience at an agency, working with digital sales and/or marketing solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of technologies such as SQL, AMPscript and JavaScript.
  • Marketing domain knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in Workflow Engines as well as HTML and CSS.
  • Knowledge of one or more programming languages.
  • Great communication skills (in English), allowing you to make complex problems understandable and manageable.
  • Outgoing and self-motivated personality.
  • Team-player attitude.
  • Experience as a trusted advisor for clients and colleagues.
  • Organized approach to meeting deadlines and breaking down projects.
