About the Role

At Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, a member of the Confluent Health family, you’ll join a clinician-driven team where autonomy, mentorship, and growth are built into your everyday experience. With an average of 12 patients per day and a scheduling model that puts you in control of your caseload, you’ll have the time to deliver truly amazing care. You’ll collaborate alongside a highly skilled network of Physical Therapists and clinical leaders who are passionate about developing the next generation of talent.

Responsibilities

Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

$83K-102K
Sign On Bonus of up to $5k
weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year
