About the Role
Huron is a global consultancy that helps clients accelerate operational, digital, and cultural transformation. Our Technical Manager position offers a dynamic role with considerable visibility, allowing you to lead the implementation life cycle and develop your skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation life cycle, including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with Huron and client team members.
- Identify business process modifications.
- Develop and execute testing approaches for script development and execution.
- Explain technical solutions to client stakeholders.
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore resources.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Workday integration experience.
- 2+ years of experience serving as a Workday Integration Lead.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio/Orchestrate, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, Prism Analytics, and Workday Report Writer.
- Experience supporting Workday HCM, Financials, and/or SCM implementations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working within an offshore / global delivery model.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed.
