About the Role

The Ontario Energy Board is undergoing a multi-year business transformation and enterprise modernization program. Two Co-op Student Program Analysts will contribute to the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of transformation initiatives, gaining practical experience across the end-to-end transformation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to planning, coordination, and delivery activities for enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Develop presentations, dashboards, analytical materials, and decision-support content for executive leadership.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, automation, and prototype solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Contribute to business analysis, service design, process improvement, and workshop activities.
  • Contribute to organizational change, communications, data, testing, and implementation readiness activities.
  • Research and evaluate leading practices, emerging technologies, and innovative approaches for enterprise transformation.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and take ownership of workstreams.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a recognized post-secondary co-op program in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Technology Management, Information Systems, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Eligibility for an approved co-op or work-integrated learning program.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and systems thinking abilities.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to solve complex organizational challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of work, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly.
  • Exposure to enterprise modernization and technology-enabled transformation lifecycles.
