About the Role

Champion process optimization, foster a culture of innovation, and deliver meaningful business results across all US units.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives across airline catering operations.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste reduction opportunities to improve productivity and service levels.
  • Analyze and optimize workflows across production, logistics, warehousing, and aircraft catering delivery processes.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring operational challenges.
  • Partner with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to ALL US units to ensure continuous improvement initiatives support food safety, HACCP compliance, and airline customer requirements.
  • Manage improvement projects from planning through implementation, sustainability, and results measurement.
  • Train and coach employees on Lean methodologies, problem-solving tools, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives through labor optimization, waste reduction, and process efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required (Black Belt preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing, food production, aviation, or other high-volume operational environments.
  • Strong analytical, project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience driving measurable business results through process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced, and time-sensitive operational environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and operational reporting tools.
  • Must successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process, including meeting TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, and obtaining the appropriate airport-issued identification badge.
  • Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
