About the Role

Capco is seeking a Corporate Actions Business Analyst to join our team, working closely with clients to implement strategic SaaS Corporate Actions & Income Processing applications and platform components across the Americas and Europe. This role requires a strong Asset Servicing background and proven collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and report on user testing, triaging issues, tracking progress, and ensuring development focuses on essential issues.
Conduct client training sessions on industry-leading APIs and product functionality, including material preparation and product demonstrations.
Define upstream and downstream data integration mapping and product configurations to support client business needs.
Support the Implementation Manager in defining the conversion strategy and execution runbook, assisting with mock conversions and go-live.
Participate in reconciliation work to compare legacy output with the BR solution using BDC, driving improvements to match rates.
Support the Implementation Manager with production readiness checklist activities and stakeholder collaboration for successful project implementation and transition to BAU.
Collaborate with internal teams on conversion activities and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a conversions/implementation consultant on SaaS project delivery for Wealth or Capital Markets organizations.
Experience with Asset Servicing platforms (in-house or vendor solutions) in a Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or financial environment.
Client-facing experience with the ability to build strong client relationships while defending the company's position.
Experience with large-scale projects and a solid understanding of the full project lifecycle and governance.
Excellent attention to detail for accurate reporting.
