About the Role

We are looking for dedicated cleaning professionals to be responsible for the cleaning of all public areas, restrooms, and offices throughout the entire project complex as needed.

Requirements

• Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
• Reach with hands and arms
• Talk or hear
• Frequently stand, walk, climb or balance
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Occasionally sit
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Regularly work near moving mechanical parts
• Regularly exposed to risk of electrical shock and radiation
• Occasionally work in high, precarious places
• Occasionally work in outside weather conditions
• Occasionally exposed to extreme heat
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays may be necessary
