About the Role
Transport Refrigeration Services is seeking a dependable Lead Technician to drive results and support the service team. This role is for individuals passionate about diesel and refrigeration systems, committed to quality, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage shift schedules and workload distribution
- Supervise technicians and ensure quality standards
- Communicate with customers and team members across shifts
- Diagnose and repair refrigeration units using OEM software
- Perform PM services, DOT inspections, brake repairs, and general truck/trailer maintenance
- Handle road service calls and APU repairs
- Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Experience as a technician or supervisor in fleet or refrigeration services
- Must possess a toolbox and required tools
- Strong electrical and diagnostic skills
