About the Role
As a Senior Brand Marketing Associate, you will be central to major decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will encompass consumption analysis, consumer insight generation, concept ideation, product development, packaging design, and support plan execution. You will support cross-functional teams to bring the brand plan to life for consumers and drive category growth for retailers by focusing on bigger and bolder initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis on large data sets, derive insights, and interpret findings to cross-functional leadership with clear action plans, leveraging Nielsen data.
- Drive the commercialization process for innovation and renovation projects, including graphics changes and PPA, in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Support the building of future coffee strategy regarding portfolio evolution with a now/near/next approach.
- Manage brand activations, such as in-store product demos.
- Manage the budget for Canada Coffee.
- Support Sales with customer queries and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in CPG brand management.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with the ability to independently prioritize and act with urgency.
- Ability to simplify and clearly communicate the state of the business to senior leadership.
- Passion for understanding consumer culture, interests, attitudes, and trends.
- Coffee lover.
