  • Analyze inventory variances, shrinkage, and discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and monitor inventory KPIs, reports, and processes to improve accuracy and reduce inventory losses.
  • Oversee store inventory counts and support cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory productivity, sell-through, and replenishment requirements to support data-driven decisions.
  • Work with the AS400 inventory management system, including data analysis, monitoring, reporting, and inventory-related processes.
  • Support item setup, product master data maintenance, pricing updates, and inventory parameters for new product launches.
  • Identify inventory risks, including excess stock, slow-moving merchandise, replenishment gaps, and inventory discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Improve inventory processes, methodologies, and system interfaces to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare inventory reports and provide actionable insights to improve stock productivity and operational performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Operations, Security, Finance, IT, Stores, Warehouses, Logistics, and external inventory-counting providers.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and supply chain efficiency.

Requirements
