About the Role

This role involves leading project delivery teams, managing resource utilization, and ensuring project profitability to drive growth. You will champion the company culture, create a high-performance environment, and coach/mentor team members to support their career development.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Client Director and leadership team on business planning and future opportunities.
  • Partner with clients to deliver projects profitably, adhering to client care guidelines and maintaining company standards.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams, optimizing resource allocation and utilization for successful client outcomes.
  • Act as an expert in your field, sharing knowledge to support new business opportunities.
  • Manage the performance and development of reporting staff, driving suitable development plans.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance and compliance standards for all work.
  • Track and deliver on project, financial, and commercial metrics to enhance profitability and efficiency.
  • Take personal responsibility for health and safety, adhering to company procedures.
  • Contribute to improving social and environmental impact.
  • Perform any other reasonably required duties.

Requirements

  • Experience in the construction industry, including managing key client relationships and complex projects.
  • Fully Chartered Accreditation or significant relevant discipline experience.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and coach multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Financial awareness and a track record of meeting financial and commercial targets for construction projects.
  • Demonstrated success in client project delivery, including resourcing, performance, and completion.
  • Significant experience within a relevant discipline.
