This role involves leading project delivery teams, managing resource utilization, and ensuring project profitability to drive growth. You will champion the company culture, create a high-performance environment, and coach/mentor team members to support their career development.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Client Director and leadership team on business planning and future opportunities.
- Partner with clients to deliver projects profitably, adhering to client care guidelines and maintaining company standards.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams, optimizing resource allocation and utilization for successful client outcomes.
- Act as an expert in your field, sharing knowledge to support new business opportunities.
- Manage the performance and development of reporting staff, driving suitable development plans.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance and compliance standards for all work.
- Track and deliver on project, financial, and commercial metrics to enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Take personal responsibility for health and safety, adhering to company procedures.
- Contribute to improving social and environmental impact.
- Perform any other reasonably required duties.
Requirements
- Experience in the construction industry, including managing key client relationships and complex projects.
- Fully Chartered Accreditation or significant relevant discipline experience.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and coach multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Financial awareness and a track record of meeting financial and commercial targets for construction projects.
- Demonstrated success in client project delivery, including resourcing, performance, and completion.
- Significant experience within a relevant discipline.
