About the Role

This hybrid role combines media relations support, executive thought leadership program development, project management, and communications operations for the marketing team, focusing on how executives communicate externally and internally.

Responsibilities

  • Identify executive thought leadership opportunities.
  • Draft content with executives for social media, speaking, podcasts, thought leadership and bylines.
  • Support preparation materials for executive events.
  • Develop executive thought leadership content calendar.
  • Support media relations, including drafting statements, briefing documents, and Q&A prep.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Communications/PR on press opportunities and interview logistics.
  • Draft internal communications in partnership with CMO and People Business Partner.
  • Partner with the People team to draft and coordinate company-wide internal communications.
  • Translate marketing strategy and priorities into internal-facing content.
  • Support planning and prioritization across the marketing organization.
  • Develop internal communications for quarterly, half and annual plans.
  • Help prepare for recurring leadership forums by coordinating content and materials.
  • Act as a connective layer across marketing functions to help surface priorities, flag conflicts, and escalate appropriately.
  • Manage ad hoc special projects for the CMO.

Requirements

  • Fast moving, AI proficient, biased to action and hungry for a uniquely career-moving opportunity.
  • 3+ years of GTM experience with proven communications experience in B2B/SaaS.
  • Excellent communicator with a demonstrated ability to adapt tone and voice for an executive.
  • Experience supporting media relations or working alongside a PR/Corporate Communications function.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders at once, with sound judgment on what to prioritize.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build trust quickly with senior stakeholders, including comfort operating with a high degree of discretion.
  • Experience partnering with a People/HR team on internal communications is a plus.
  • Quarterly and potentially more frequent travel would be required of this role.
