About the Role
VEG works with veterinarians nationwide and in Canada to provide after-hours emergency support for their clients. This role is responsible for onboarding veterinarians into the partnership program, ensuring a smooth and valuable experience, and providing ongoing support. The goal is to facilitate a seamless process for veterinarians and their clients, reflecting VEG's commitment to exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for veterinarians.
- Facilitate logistics of onboarding, including call forwarding activation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for participating veterinarians.
- Resolve setup and ongoing support issues, including phone tree updates and status changes.
- Monitor program participation and alert local leaders of inactive partners.
- Maintain accurate data on program participation.
- Collaborate with IT Support, Marketing, and Field Leadership for a seamless experience.
- Support new hospital leaders with best practices for partner vets.
- Refine onboarding processes based on feedback.
- Provide monthly reports on program participation and call forwarding usage.
- Perform regular QA checks on partner and program data.
- Troubleshoot advanced call forwarding and phone system issues with providers and internal IT.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in customer service, customer support, or other client/customer-facing roles.
- Organization, attention to detail, persistence, and project management skills.
- Veterinary industry experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude and collaborative team mindset.
