About the Role

We are seeking a Service Staff member (m/f/d) for our Brasserie Colette in Berlin, to join our team in full-time employment. This role is available immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Serving and advising guests on food and beverage selection, primarily during evening service.
  • Independently managing a station.
  • Assisting with various F&B events.
  • Supporting with ordering and inventory.
  • Processing evening settlements.
  • Training and integrating apprentices and new employees.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a Restaurant Specialist (m/f/d), Hotel Specialist (m/f/d), or similar.
  • Initial professional experience, preferably in upscale gastronomy/hospitality, e.g., as a Commis de Rang (m/f/d).
  • Knowledge of French wines is desirable.
  • Confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • High guest and service orientation, host mentality, and enthusiasm.
  • Good manners and a well-groomed appearance.
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
  • Valid work permit for non-EU citizens.
