About the Role
Perform general housekeeping, laundry, organization, event support, supply management, and basic facility upkeep while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors and surfaces.
- Change bed linens and make beds as needed.
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Organize closets, cabinets, and storage areas as needed.
- Restock household and cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and organizational standards.
- Assist with event setup and teardown, including moving tables and chairs and cleaning and restoring spaces following events and activities.
- Promptly report maintenance concerns, damages, safety hazards, or needed repairs to management.

- Ability to solve problems with a variety of variables in standardized situations and apply common sense solutions that comply with organizational policies.
- Ability to understand and follow through on instructions furnished in either oral, written, or diagram form.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office on a Windows based computer system.
- Ability to complete and maintain all required training certifications in accordance with all organizational, County, State, and Federal regulations.
- This position requires the employee to be able to drive for work purposes and he or she must maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- This position may require the use of the employee’s personal vehicle.
