About the Role
COTA is hiring initial Grand Opening CREW Members to shape the operations of COTALAND before the gates open. This role involves commissioning rides, preparing facilities, stocking inventory, and running practice scenarios, influencing future operational standards. You will receive training in guest experience and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Commission rides
- Prepare kitchens, dining rooms, and retail stores
- Stock inventory
- Run practice scenarios
- Help influence the operation and standards
- Serve meals
- Operate attractions
- Greet guests
- Keep the park clean and beautiful
- Help guests find what they need in retail stores and game locations
- Run registers and games
- Stock product
- Keep your area sharp and guest-ready
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
- Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events
