About the Role

COTA is hiring initial Grand Opening CREW Members to shape the operations of COTALAND before its gates open. This role involves commissioning rides, preparing facilities, stocking inventory, and running practice scenarios, influencing future operational standards. You will also receive training in guest experience and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Commission rides
• Prepare kitchens, dining rooms, and retail stores
• Stock inventory
• Run practice scenarios
• Influence operational standards
• Prepare and serve high quality coffee and specialty beverages
• Deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced theme park environment
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during high traffic operating days and special events

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision and distance vision
• Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events
