About the Role

The Senior Creative Designer/Artworker will be responsible for brand guardianship, design application, and production of marketing campaigns and retailer communications for a major global brand. This includes creative design, artwork origination, amendments, and adaptation of existing designs. The role also involves mentoring local stakeholders and ensuring output quality and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, design, prepare, and edit print-ready artwork across various media, including print collateral, press ads, kit assets, digital, animation, and social media assets
  • Ensure the integrity of the original concept and brief
  • Understand and work within brand and corporate guidelines
  • Apply colour management principles in daily tasks
  • Use experience and knowledge to identify and resolve design, artwork, and production challenges
  • Complete all personal administration, including timesheets, accurately and promptly
  • Understand and follow the company’s quality control processes and systems with a methodical approach
  • Provide best value to the business by accurately estimating and managing time, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

Requirements

  • Considerable experience as a design and production-focused artworker across both digital and print content
  • Extensive experience applying design concepts accurately across multiple media and formats
  • Agency and production agency experience preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing technology systems (DAM, ad delivery platforms, approval/sign-off tools, workflows)
  • Strong organisation, problem-solving, communication, and Microsoft Office skills

Skills

  • In-depth expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong pre-press knowledge, including pre-flight and proofing
  • Experience with motion graphics (Adobe After Effects) preferred
  • Strong design, typography, layout, Photoshop, and image retouching skills
  • Understanding of print materials, die-cuts, and colour management
