Responsibilities
- Knows project plans and details thoroughly, predicting potential problems.
- Understands and analyzes costs to control expenses and maximize profitability.
- Prepares, adjusts, and adheres to project schedules, including a 3-week look ahead.
- Demonstrates commitment to quality construction following the WCC QA/QC program.
- Exhibits unwavering commitment to safety, leading meetings and ensuring safe work practices.
- Understands subcontracts, subcontractor responsibilities, and scope of work.
- Represents White Construction by building client and peer relationships and fostering business opportunities.
- Conveys messages verbally and in writing in a professional, intelligent, and concise manner.
