About the Role
White Construction is seeking a professional to manage contract administration, cost, schedule, quality, and safety on construction projects. This role operates under the supervision of a Vice President or Project Executive.
Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration, including insurance, bonds, fees, notifications, schedules, reporting, and costs.
- Control costs and maximize profitability by understanding and analyzing financial and job-related reports.
- Implement and maintain project schedules, including development, updating, team communication, and field assistance.
- Develop and execute the Project Quality Management Plan in adherence to contract documents.
- Ensure safety by participating in weekly safety meetings and implementing preemptive measures for safe work practices.
