About the Role
White Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to contracts, managing costs and schedules, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This role involves building strong relationships with clients and peers while representing the company professionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration, including insurance, bonds, fees, notifications, schedules, reporting, and costs.
- Control costs and maximize profitability by understanding and analyzing financial and job-related reports.
- Implement and maintain project schedules, including development, updating, and team communication.
- Take an active role in the development and execution of the Project Quality Management Plan.
- Ensure safe work practices by participating in safety meetings and taking preemptive measures.
- Represent White Construction by establishing and maintaining client and peer relationships.
- Foster business opportunities through industry networking events.
- Communicate professionally, intelligently, and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
