About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated security employee (m/f/d) for the monitoring and protection of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and controlling access for residents and visitors
- Ensuring no unauthorized persons are in the facility
- Conducting rounds, control, and locking procedures
- Acting as a point of contact for residents in problem situations
- Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in all situations
- Ensuring order and security within the building
Requirements
- Certificate of competence according to § 34a GewO
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- First Aid certificate
- Fire safety assistant certificate
- Extended police clearance certificate without entries
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day and night duty)
- Service-oriented thinking and action
Skills
- Foreign language skills are an advantage

- Remuneration according to collective agreement + supplements for night, Sunday, and holiday work
