About the Role

The Director Revenue Operations (DRO) manages support functions essential to sales force productivity, including planning, reporting, quota setting, sales process optimization, sales training, sales compensation, and talent acquisition. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the DRO is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning efforts.
  • Coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders.
  • Support equitable assignment of sales force quotas and optimal allocation across channels.
  • Ensure timely assignment of all sales organization objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for sales process improvement and inspect sales process quality.
  • Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Monitor accuracy and distribution of sales reports and intelligence.
  • Recommend revisions to existing reports or development of new reporting tools.
  • Implement enabling technologies, including CRM, and monitor compliance with CRM data standards.
  • Optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments.
  • Coordinate training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel.
  • Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
  • Assist with sales incentive compensation administration, arbitrating or clarifying program policies.
  • Direct and support consistent implementation of company initiatives.
  • Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with key management personnel.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
  • Two years sales or sales management experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Capable of working well independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortably rely on math and communication skills.
  • Eager to apply knowledge gained through post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A working knowledge of Salesforce is an asset.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Understanding of the Real Estate industry is helpful.
