About the Role
We are seeking an experienced subscription renewal contract manager to lead a team of specialized renewal representatives in the EMEA & LATAM region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies to drive growth and customer retention.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement renewal sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the team.
- Lead and set performance goals and KPIs for the team, tracking and reporting progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, customers, and sales teams across EMEA and LATAM.
- Collaborate with sales operations, data governance, and other departments to develop on-time renewal targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative sales approaches.
- Achieve revenue and bookings targets.
- Increase on-time renewal rates and identify potential churn customers to develop and launch renewal strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of subscription/Cloud license environment renewal experience.
- At least 5 years in a team management capacity.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
- Experience managing remote and hybrid teams.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent military experience.
