About the Role

Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role, focusing on client interaction, project management, data analysis, and presentation creation. They also focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.

Responsibilities

• Heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
• Must have Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management
• Practical or implementation experience in Workday with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management is preferred
• Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or practical experience with the application
• 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project team

• Estimated base salary range: $115,000 - $145,000
• Total estimated compensation range (inclusive of annual incentive): $128,800 - $166,700
