About the Role

As a Senior Frontend Developer at TELUS Health Retirement and Benefits Solutions, you will be the technical backbone of DC pension portal applications, mentoring developers and architecting solutions that impact the financial futures of millions. You will bridge the gap between vision and execution, translating complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, code, test, and debug web applications using Angular, modern web technologies, and relational databases.
Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to translate UI/UX designs into code.
Tackle complex technical challenges with minimal direction.
Shape product architecture and develop comprehensive project plans.
Guide and review team's work, fostering growth in junior developers.
Be the technical expert for high-stakes issues.
Research and champion new technologies.
Develop accurate cost and time estimates.
Propose innovative solutions based on evolving business needs.
Provide Tier III technical support for urgent and complex issues.
Troubleshoot critical problems.
Monitor trends and continuously improve support processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of frontend development experience.
Experience developing for Accessibility.
