About the Role

This role participates in the day-to-day activities of the markets division, providing insights and expertise to support senior colleagues in decision-making, new product development, and market opportunity identification.

Responsibilities

Execute small research projects and research to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings.
Collaborate with senior management to implement research findings for the global markets division.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the deployment and launch of new products and services for the global markets division.
Manage client relationships and provide customer service support, responding to inquiries and processing transactions.
Manage the development and implementation of financial models and strategies for decision-making in the global markets division.
Train and mentor junior colleagues.
Advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with other functions/business divisions.
Lead a team performing complex tasks, delivering work that impacts the whole business function.
Set objectives, coach employees, appraise performance, and determine reward outcomes.
Lead collaborative assignments and guide team members through structured assignments.
Identify the need for inclusion of other specialized areas to complete assignments.
Identify new directions for assignments and/or projects.
Consult on complex issues and provide advice to People Leaders for escalated issues.
