About the Role
This is a key role within the People team, providing operational administration, coordination, and process support across Clarion’s People function. You will coordinate key People Operations activity across process administration systems, reporting, data requests, and project support, ensuring People information, processes, and communications are accurate, timely, well-governed, and aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist People Administrator with administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (starters, changes, leavers).
- Manage Workday queries, ensuring issues are logged, progressed, resolved, or escalated.
- Support visa administration processes, coordinating information, documentation, and follow-up.
- Process People team invoices, ensuring accurate records, approvals, and payment processes are followed.
- Coordinate and assist with the People newsletter, including content, design, and publication.
- Maintain the People I-drive and People Portal, ensuring documents, guidance, and resources are accurate, up-to-date, well-organized, and accessible.
- Support the creation and coordination of training materials.
- Maintain content governance across People resources, ensuring outdated materials are removed or refreshed.
- Coordinate data requests and analysis for the People team, collating information, checking accuracy, and presenting outputs.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and administrative controls to support People Operations governance.
- Ensure People Operations data and process documentation is accurate, organized, and available for decision-making and audit readiness.
- Support IR35 administration process, ensuring information is tracked, stakeholders are engaged, and actions are completed.
- Provide administrative coordination for People projects and operational initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with the wider People team to ensure operational activity is coordinated, well-communicated, and completed to agreed standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, templates, trackers, and ways of working.
- Provide wider administrative support to the People team, including ad hoc requests, project support, team activity, and cover during absences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in People/HR Operations or business operations with experience owning or coordinating operational processes, deadlines, and multiple workstreams.
- Confident in using Workday, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
- Experience maintaining People systems, portals, shared drives, or internal content resources.
- Experience coordinating employee-facing content.
- Good data coordination and analysis skills.
- Experience supporting operational People processes (project administration, visa administration, IR35 administration).
- Experience processing invoices and purchase orders.
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills.
- Able to manage confidential information, competing operational priorities, and sensitive requests with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
