About the Role
As a product engineer with Minerva, you will work on software that allows users to operate or monitor multiple unmanned systems. You will be responsible for taking feature requests from frontline users and designing, implementing, testing, and shipping them. We are looking for engineers who are product-focused and comfortable taking full ownership of features across the whole stack, including backend, frontend, UI/UX, or deployment.
Responsibilities
- Take a lead on developing new features based on customer feedback in our unmanned systems control software team.
- Work across the full stack, including backend (largely Python), frontend (React, Electron), or design.
- Ensure users receive reliable, robust feature updates that improve their operational output in a timely fashion.
Requirements
- Proven experience shipping user-facing software in a product-driven environment.
- Solid grounding in backend and frontend development.
- An eye for UI/UX.
- Ability to take ownership of features from idea through to deployment.
- Willingness to expand your skillset into new areas.
- Willingness to be involved in field testing of the features you own.
