About the Role

Chelsea Bridge Wharf is seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Trade to maintain the development to the highest standard. This role involves performing various planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring health and safety compliance, and supporting the Estate Management team to provide a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry repairs to doors and windows
• Undertake basic locksmith work (adjustments to door closers and locks)
• Complete roofing, guttering, and drainage maintenance and repairs
• Perform small-scale decoration works, including flooring installation
• Conduct security and health & safety inspections, reporting defects
• Install signage and complete general building upkeep tasks
• Assist with bin collection and sanitisation of bin areas
• Provide accurate job reports via the company’s phone app system
• Safely use and maintain all tools and equipment provided
• Drive safely and confidently across London for site-related tasks
• Work collaboratively with estate managers, contractors, and the wider maintenance team

Requirements

• Previous experience in multi-trade or building maintenance
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools for repairs and upkeep
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve
• Team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good knowledge of building maintenance systems and health & safety practices
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK
