About the Role
The Relationship Manager is responsible for proactively managing ongoing relationships for a territory of 15 to 30 accounts, ranging from $1M to $40M in annual revenue. The primary role is to build trust-based and value-added relationships with key clients, measured by revenue retention and growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage all ICE Data Services revenue across all lines of business.
- Become proficient across all products and services.
- Take on a leadership role in coordinating internal resources for client initiatives and problem resolution.
- Achieve quantitative measures based on revenue retention and growth.
- Meet qualitative goals such as proactive client engagement and overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience within the Fixed Income Pricing & Analytics business is required.
- Proactive, detail-oriented individuals are highly desired.
- Comfortable serving as a project coordinator.
- Must be a strong customer advocate.
- Overall industry knowledge and professional demeanor are a must.
- Knowledge of ICE Data Services products and services is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical.
- Ability to interact with senior management internally and externally is critical.
- Ability to work with large, complex, and potentially demanding clients.
