  • Partner with segment CIO's and their leaders, Infrastructure architects, engineering and Operations, application teams, and business units to understand needs.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into prioritized product features and services.
  • Balance competing demands across cost, speed, security, and scalability.
  • Guide cross-functional teams to deliver product capabilities.
  • Establish KPIs and SLAs for network services, ensuring accountability for performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept through retirement.
  • Own the business case, financial models, and total cost of ownership (TCO) for network products.
  • Assist in driving vendor strategy aligned to Humana's vision, including collaboration with major providers.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner for Engineering leaders to drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement.
  • Introduce automation, AI/ML, and observability into network services.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and pilot their applicability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management or IT service ownership experience, ideally in enterprise infrastructure.
  • Strong technical understanding of enterprise networking (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, cloud interconnects, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, firewalls).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute roadmaps and strategies for large-scale, mission-critical platforms.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional delivery teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and translate technical detail into business value.
