About the Role

The Client Services team plays a key role in the delivery of client accounts and events within THE·TEAM's Live Group. This role is based in Orpington and involves working across office, client, and event locations to manage and deliver a variety of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle, from brief to post-event review.
  • Oversee project planning, procurement, production, installation, and live delivery.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relations, budgeting, and venue/supplier coordination.
  • Coordinate graphics production and merchandise purchasing.
  • Conduct feasibility reviews and manage logistics and administration.
  • Support team members with event planning and delivery.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and action lists.
  • Coordinate project communication with colleagues, venues, and suppliers.
  • Assist with client-facing materials, including briefs and presentations.
  • Support the coordination of event graphics and signage.
  • Assist with sourcing and ordering merchandise and promotional products.
  • Obtain supplier quotes and manage purchase orders and cost trackers.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including equipment, materials, and transport.
  • Liaise with internal design, procurement, production, and operations teams.
  • Support venue and supplier research and preparation of briefing information.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on actions.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation.
  • Assist with event set-up, supplier coordination, and live-event troubleshooting.
  • Adhere to health and safety processes and company working practices.
  • Assist with post-event administration, including feedback collection and invoice checking.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, venues, and suppliers.
  • Provide flexible support across client accounts and projects.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in events, conferences, hospitality, experiential, production, project coordination, client services, or a related field.
  • Internship or placement experience may be considered.
  • A genuine interest in live events, production, brand experiences, and client service.
  • Willingness to learn from experienced team members.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and details simultaneously.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence communicating with colleagues, suppliers, venues, and client contacts.
  • Ability to recognize when to seek guidance or escalate an issue.
  • Good attention to detail in schedules, costs, artwork, orders, logistics, and administration.
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with project trackers or event planning tools is helpful.
  • Basic numerical confidence and an interest in developing commercial awareness.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to remain calm when priorities change.
  • A collaborative attitude, reliability, and willingness to support the team.
  • Understanding of brand consistency, quality control, and accurate delivery.
  • Openness to feedback and a proactive approach to learning.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe, and occasionally further afield.
  • Willingness to work unsociable hours, including early mornings, evenings, overnight work, and weekends, as required by event delivery.
