About the Role
As a floor manager, you’ll support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to customers. You will provide knowledge, leadership, and support to stylist team members, responding to customer inquiries via the online customer service system. This role requires organization, resilience, enthusiasm, and determination to ensure excellent in-store customer experiences and exciting brand representation.
Responsibilities
- Spend the majority of your day on the shop floor, trading with stylist teams and ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure customers receive the best in-store experience.
- Oversee and provide leadership and support to stylist team members with customer queries, emails, chats, and calls via the online customer service system.
- Partner with specialist customer experience team leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online customer support.
- Act as an expert ambassador for AllSaints products, inspiring customers and team members.
- Work with pace to ensure product is showcased well, guidelines are followed, and best-selling products are prominently displayed.
- Be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the store and manage team deployment.
- Ensure seamless operations and provide support and coaching to stylists.
- Work with the management team to exceed store targets and KPIs.
- Proactively manage people matters, including return to work interviews, investigations, and performance/attendance management.
- Create and implement floor plans and rotas independently.
- Coach and support team members to motivate them to succeed and deliver sales targets and exceptional service.
